Our client, a leading car distributor in Asia, was experiencing quality control, scheduling and inventory issues within their dealer service departments. Impart was asked to help improve their services operations as part of their national expansion by implementing and supporting our "LAMP Enterprise" application that would heighten their parts planning, inventory control, billing and their services control.

Identifying the Challenge

Dealerships within this leading car distributor had been experiencing significant delays in servicing their customer base as a result of poor visibility into inventory and less than accurate data within their existing ERP application. The customer service problems had been occurring since the start of their operations. Oftentimes, they had no guarantee that services could be delivered to their customers due to scheduling and inventory availability concerns.

Implementing the solution

By undergoing a thorough analysis of the business processes and talking to the key people of the company, Impart Solutions was able to create a solution that helped them achieve their efficiency goals and to improve customer satisfaction. Within a 2 month timeframe we implemented our state of the art "Lamp Enterprise" Saas (software as a service) application. Together with a targeted training and an effective change management program, each dealership was able to successfully implement the new solution with minimal effort. Benefit realization started on day 1.
