- Implemented Oracle 11i ERP Applications at Max's Restaurant. A well-known restaurant in the Philippines.
- Implemented Oracle 11i ERP Manufacturing Applications at Pepsi Cola Philippines.
- Implemented Oracle 11i ERP Applications at Philippine Resins consisting of financials, Order Management, Process Manufacturing, and Purchasing.
- Implemented the real-time Financial Accounting system at the Central Bank of the Philippines. This system replaced the manual system of the Philippines and has been rolled out to 500 users all over the archipelago. This system is an internet enabled N-tier JAVA and IBM Websphere based application.
- Conducted the computerized plan for the Philippine Ports Authority. This project included a review of current IT strategies with a focus on the five year growth and capacity plan of the Philippine Ports.
- Managed the IT program strategy review project for the Central Bank of the Philippines. This project involved the assessment of 42 critical disparate applications, reviewing IT strategies and contingency planning to improve currency administrator capabilities.
- Managed the Program Office for Ugly Duckling Corporation, a national car sales and finance company. The project consisted of evaluating and executing the shortest term approaches to completing the Y2K renovation and testing of all in-house mission critical applications of the company.
- Managed the Program Office of Factory Card Outlet, a national retail company. The project consisted of executing in the shortage possible time, the completion of the outsourced development and testing of Factory Card Outlet's entire application suite.
- Established and Managed the Program Office for Siemens Power and Automation. The project defined the roles and responsibilities for each of the seven business units of the corporate-wide Program Office.
- Conducted project oversight of Ceat Cavi and BICC, Italian manufacturing plants for General Cable, a U.S. based cable and wire manufacturing company, to evaluate the plants progress against corporate initiatives.
- Managed the offshore development (France, U.S. and Philippines) of a very large-scale credit card system for Andersen Consulting (Accenture) for the following clients: BankOne, American Express, and BV Bank. These projects included identifying risks and exposures as well as creating and executing the project plan to resolve, test, and implement the solutions. Testing consisted of cycles executed onshore, offshore, and at client sites in three countries.
- Managed multiple large-scale offshore and near shore software development and conversion project for Computer Associates. These projects included the development and rollout new releases of commercial software products. Products include compilers (Realia COBOL), Reporting Tools (EASYTRIEVE, EZ/IQ), software development tools (INSTALL/1, EZ/Online, and Realia II Workbench) and environments, and three-tier Client Server development (FCP) and production tools, Project team sizes ranged from 10 to 130 software engineers, QA engineers, project leaders, and managers.
- Managed the overall coordination and planning of a system level test for the Ohio Savings Bank leading to a successful OTS and FFIEC review.
